• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Delivery Timeline
• Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
LOOGRA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
💰 Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on selected pin codes.
• LOOGRA reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations to prevent misuse.
📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
• LOOGRA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• If an order is returned due to failed delivery or refusal, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
🔁 Shipping for Exchanges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for size exchanges.
• We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.
• Exchange shipping (to & fro) charges are non-refundable.
📦 Damaged Package During Transit
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

❌ Undelivered / RTO Orders
• Orders returned to us due to refusal, non-availability, or incorrect details may not be eligible for reshipment without additional charges.
• In such cases, LOOGRA reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling costs.
