Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – LOOGRA

At LOOGRA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We request you to carefully read our return, exchange, and refund policy before placing an order.

Placing an order on our website indicates that you agree to the terms mentioned below.


🔁 Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchange only, subject to product availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Required size

Once approved, you will be guided with further instructions.


🚫 Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once the product is sold.
• All sale, discounted, coupon-applied, or gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Products purchased during SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@loogra.com with clear images or an unboxing video.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.


🚚 Shipping for Exchange

• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
• We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.
• Customers are requested to send the product using a reliable and trackable courier service.
• LOOGRA will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


🎫 Store Credit

• If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
• Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Store credit must be used in one single transaction only.
• Shipping charges (to & fro) are non-refundable.


Exchange / Return Will Not Be Accepted If

• Product is worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Original tags or packaging are missing
• Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Colour or fabric dislike (please read description and view all images before ordering)
• Minor colour variation (10–12%) due to screen resolution or lighting
• Product purchased during sale or with discount/coupon

Our products are photographed under professional lighting. Slight variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions and screen resolution. These are natural and do not qualify for exchange or return.
